Making Mortgages Pure and Simple

Why use us?

Today your relationship with your bank is largely anonymous, with a large proportion of banking transactions taking place online and very few visits made to your local branch…if you have one! The belief that “your bank knows you best” and will always give you the best rates is a myth. Are you getting the best deal from your current bank?

Details Matter! Note that even a small difference in your interest rate can cost you thousands of pounds over the life of a 30 year mortgage.

For most people, a mortgage is the biggest and most consequential loan they will ever agree to. A mortgage is a huge financial commitment and for some the large number of products and mortgage “jargon” can be a real obstacle.

As Mortgage Brokers we are specialists in the field and our professional training enables us to guide you through the process. We work with a Panel of lenders, giving us access to a wide selection of products at various pricing points. The Mortgage application process is complex, especially for those with less-than-perfect credit, are self-employed or require refinancing. The Housing Market is competitive and we can save you valuable time.

The choice is yours but we can be genuinely helpful to you along the way.

At Pure Mortgage and Protection our mission is to provide a great standard of customer care along with clear and trusted advice. We work with you and our panel of Lenders/Insurers to ensure you have the best available products that best suit your circumstances and needs.
